Kathleen Hetzler Riordan, class of '74
Kathleen graduated in 1974 and was president of the student council that renamed the high school to Ralph Davis High (and also co-editor of the yearbook featured on the site for 1974!). I have many fond memories of high school! She grew up on East Lake Rd. with 4 brothers who all went to high school there as well. She has lived in Raleigh, NC for the past 25 years, and she reached my 30th year with IBM this past June! She has 3 sons ages 17, 20 and 22. Her husband passed away almost 10 years ago.

Karen Schuster '82
She shoots, she scores! Coach Karen Schuster has another accolade to add to her stunning resume. She has been inducted into the Section V Basketball Hall of Fame.
Livonia Central School's girls basketball team has appeared in Section V finals 13 times. Ms. Schuster has been a part of 12 of those appearances; four times as a player and eight times as a coach.
"It is a great honor to be selected to such a prestigious group," said Ms. Schuster. "Section V has always played a big part in my life, and to be recognized at such a level is a great feeling."
While a student at LCS, Ms. Schuster was the first woman in Section V history to receive the Most Valuable Player award for three consecutive years (1980, '81,'82 a record she held for 21 years, and won seven Section V championships in volleyball, soccer, and basketball.)
"I have to thank the Livonia community for their support throughout the years, along with my high school coach, Bob Leader, my assistant coaches, and most importantly my family and friends," said Ms. Schuster.
This year marks her 18th year as head coach of the girls varsity basketball team, where she holds a record of 256-125, and only two losing seasons.
Ms. Schuster also has been awarded Class B Coach of the Year in 1997, 2000, and 2001, and was inducted into the inaugural Livonia Central School Hall of Fame in 2002.
Congratulations, Coach!
