Capital Improvement Project 2019
If you’ve been on campus since our February Break, you’ve likely seen some construction preparation and site work begun for our Capital Project 2019. Yes, it’s been a long time since our voters authorized
the project in December 2017 – unfortunately, that’s how state building projects go! After much planning and preparation, we will begin the major portion of our Capital Project on Monday, March 18.
We are excited to begin the long-anticipated and much-needed updates to our campus that will improve safety, enhance everyone’s experience, and improve opportunities for students. Currently, we are planning on completing the project in two phases – Phase 1 beginning next week through Nov 2019 and Phase 2 finishing project improvements during the summer of 2020. Changes to our daily routines, traffic flows, and parking patterns which will begin on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 for ALL Middle School and High School students and families.
If you have any questions about the project, please don’t hesitate to contact Matt Cole at 346-4000, ext 4100 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need additional clarifications about specific concerns you may have about your student working through these changes, please contact your building principal:
Middle School Principal Mr. D’Imperio at 346-4000 ext 2000 or email@example.com
High School Principal Mrs. Schmitt at 346-4000, ext 1000 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you in advance for your patience, cooperation, and partnership as we move through the inconveniences that are inherent with construction projects. I am confident that the end result will be well worth it!
