Deputy Cushman

Deputy Brittany Cushman is a Sheriff's Deputy with the Livingston County Sheriff's Office.  She has been with the Sheriff's Office for six years.  She is a life long resident of Livingston County and graduated from Avon Central School District and later attended Keuka College where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.  In 2014, she was hired fulltime with LCSO assigned to the Road Patrol Division.  She was later assigned to Livonia Central School District as the School Resource Deputy.  During Deputy Cuhsman's time at the school she has since been certified as a D.A.R.E. instructor and teaches fifth grade students to make safe and responsible choices.  She is also apart of the Junior Achievement program teaching the kindergarten and first graders about job opportunities.  She has been a part of several other community based programs such as shop with a cop, bike rodeo, Thanksgiving and Christmas basket donations to name a few. Deputy Cushman is currently the head coach for the Livonia JV Volleyball team along with club volleyball team LAVA. She is also a Counselor/Instructor at the Rural Police Training Academy at GCC. Deputy Cushman looks forward to another great year of being the School Resource Deputy at Livonia Central School District.
