Chad Smith

Chad is an elementary physical education teacher for Livonia Central School and is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is currently an Intern for Syracuse University where he works with their Football Strength and Conditioning Staff. Smith also runs the Livonia Athletic Performance Summit and the Bulldog Strength and Conditioning Podcast

Prior to Livonia, Chad was a middle school physical education at Williamson Central Schools before he accepted a high school physical education and head varsity basketball coaching job at Byron Bergen where he spent four years. While at Byron Bergen, Smith helped develop the strength and conditioning program and was the strength and conditioning coach for the Bees. 

Chad is a 2004 graduate of Livonia Central School. After graduation, he attended Alfred St. College for his Liberal Arts Degree and played both basketball and football for the Pioneers. After his two years at Alfred, he received a scholarship to play cornerback for Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri where he earned his Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Health.

Smith is currently going for his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and is the strength and conditioning coach for Livonia Central School.
