The lift project

Dear Livonia school community,

We're excited to announce that we’re partnering with the Finger Lakes Area School Health Plan (FLASHP) to offer an online learning program focused on improving our community’s health and well-being. The Lift Project runs from October 16 to December 1 and is available at no cost to the entire Livonia school community. Click here to learn more and to register.

The Lift Project is designed to provide tools and strategies to live a happier, healthier life based on the fields of neuroscience, positive psychology and lifestyle medicine. The online program explores 7 well-being-enhancing topics. Completing each topic lesson will take about 15 minutes.

Register by Oct. 16 to participate. I hope you will join us in this unique opportunity.

Sincerely,
