Livingston County Superintendents have written to both Gov. Kathy Hochul and the NYSDOH to advocate for the development of appropriate guidance for an exit strategy regarding all mitigation measures of COVID-19 and requested for local control to be fully restored to school districts to enable them to make decisions appropriate for individual communities, in consultation with local DOH.
The letters are signed by the Avon, Cal-Mum, Dansville, Geneseo, Keshequa, Livonia, Mount Morris, Way-CO and York Central School Districts.
