Saturday, September 11th, 2021 marks the 20 year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon, and United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in suburban Pennsylvania. Patriot Day serves as a remembrance of the lives lost on that September morning.
By a joint resolution approved 12/18/2001, (Public Law 107-89) has designated September 11th of each year as "Patriot Day" which also directs the flags be lowered to half-staff for the entire day on September 11.
We would like to welcome Deputy Molly Flavin to the LCSD team. Deputy Flavin is filling in as a long term sub for Deputy Cushman. Thanks for joining us this school year and we look forward to working with you!

💻 The Livonia IT department has been super busy this summer
getting all the staff and students' technology ready. This is a
big task and this summer we had the help of two of our
very own students. Christian R. and Thomas C.
joined our team to do their part to get all the students’
Chromebooks cleaned, tagged, bagged and labeled for this
coming school year. When they finished the Chromebook
project, they tackled another big task and helped do
maintenance on our teachers' desktop computers and to
inventory the IT equipment in classrooms. Mrs. Monroe was
lucky to have such great helpers to get through these big jobs
and our department appreciates their hard work and great
work ethic.
