💜 April is designated as the Month of the Military Child or Purple Up! For Military Kids. Across the nation school districts will celebrate the important role military children play while their service member parents serve our country by wearing the color purple. Livonia is inviting everyone to Purple Up! on Wednesday, April 24th. Purple is a combination of Army green, Marine Corps red, Coast Guard blue, Air Force blue, and Navy blue; it is the appropriate color to represent military children from all branches. These enrichment opportunities have been designed to promote curiosity, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Camps are open to Livonia Central School students who are currently in grades PK-8. Camps run Monday-Thursday (either for one week or two consecutive weeks) from July 15th until August 15th. They are offered either 9:00-11:30 OR 12:00-2:30. Transportation is the responsibility of the family.
Each session is limited due to safety and space. If the session fills up, your child can be placed on a waiting list. Please only register for camps that your child is able to attend.

📅The last day for regular classes for grades 7-12 will be June 13th. Regents exams start June 14th.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the staging area originally planned for the space along Bulldog Boulevard has been relocated to the softball field parking lot at the end of Branch Street and a portion of the Southeast corner of the High School parking lot. The softball parking lot at the end of Branch Street will be shared with the construction staging and the school athletic teams for the duration of the capital project. Additional parking for the softball field and pickleball court remains available around the Connell Building on Spring St. and School Street and at the Elementary School.
The Auditorium entrance of the Middle/High School will be closed beginning Monday, April 1, 2024, and continue until that portion of the Capital Project is completed. All staff and students should use the main entrance doors to enter the building during the school day. After-school activities and after-school visitors for events or continuing education may use the Middle School's main entrance.

A reminder that phase two of the capital project begins today and the fields and sidewalk behind the field house will be closed until approximately December 2024. Students should use the sidewalk on Bulldog Boulevard to walk between buildings. Please use extra caution as you visit campus this spring with increased construction vehicles and relocated sports teams.
