Girls Swimming heads back to Webster today for Sectional Finals tonight at 5:00. Lila Meyers is seeded 1st heading into the 50 free and 2nd in the 100 free. Angela Tewksbury is seeded 2nd in the Breastroke. Livonia also has two relays seeded in 2nd place. #LetsGoDawgs #GetIt

Girls Swimming heads to Webster today for Sectional Prelims. The goal today is to make it into the top 16 in their event to be able to move on to finals on Friday. If they can make it into the top 8 that's even better because once you make the top 8 at prelims you stay in the top 8 at finals even if someone in place 9-16 beats your time at finals. Each swimmer may enter no more than a total of four events and only two can be individual events (so 2 individual events and two relays). In each meet there are nine individual events and three relays. #LetsGoDawgs #GetIt

🏃‍♀️ The Varsity Cross Country team had a great showing at the County Championship last night. ⭐ Cami Rode was selected as a County All-Star for the girls, while Chris Colye, Matt Mulvaney, and Luke Lawton were selected as All-Stars for the boys. Next week the teams compete in Sectionals at Letchworth State Park. Way to go Cross Country!

Wednesday night wrap-up 🏐 The girls started sectionals last night with a home game against #12 seed Williamson. The bulldogs won in 4 sets 25-18, 27-25, 12-25, 25-16 Lillie Capecci had 2 kills 16 assists 6 aces 2 digs Caroline Cendoma had 4 kills 1 assist 1 ace 6 digs Hannah Ingram had 1 kill 1 assist 3 aces 1 block Sara Johnson had 5 digs Ella Keller had 8 kills 1 ace 2 digs Emma Simmons 3 kills 2 aces 7 digs Leah Warner 3 kills 1 ace 6 digs The bulldogs advance to the quarterfinals against #4 Attica on Friday the 29th at 5:30. ⚽ The Boys Varsity Soccer team lost 2-1 to Hornell in a Class B1 semifinal matchup. The Bulldogs overcame a poor start against the number one seeded Hornell Red Raiders and finished the first half strong before dominating the second half. Colin Ullock tied the game at 1-1 before Hornell scored the winning goal on a late counter attack. “Man of the Match” honors were shared by Bryce Hoang and Jackson McEnerney.

Weekend wrap-up ⚽The Boys Varsity Soccer team defeated host Batavia 3-1 in a Class B1 quarterfinal match on Saturday. 🎩 Shane Melead was “Man of the Match” with a hat trick. Bryce Hoang, Connor Feehan, and Jackson McEnerney had the assists. Peter Tonkery saved a second half penalty kick. The boys advance to Wednesday’s semi final round against top seed Hornell in Fillmore at 7PM. ⚽The modified boys soccer team finished the season on a high note with a win over Perry 5-0. Goals by Grant Francis, Alex Bajan (2), Kaidan O’Connor, and Evan Strauss 🏈 Varsity football lost to Letchworth/Warsaw 21-24 on Friday night. 🏈 Senior night celebration!

🏐 JV volleyball ended their season on a high note against Warsaw. The girls dropped a first close game 24-26. However, they claimed the next 2 games with strong teamwork 25-13 and 25-14. Julie Renner had 3 aces, 1 kill and 8 assists. Trinity Murphy had 3 kils leading the offense. Kaylie Hasfurter had 5 aces, 2 kills and 4 digs. Avery Stahl also had 5 aces and 2 kills. I am so proud of the girls this season and their progress. Their last game showed the dedication and effort they gave all season. I hope they are just as proud. We finished our season with a record of 11-9. We wish good luck to our varsity team at sectionals and for the rest of their season! 🏐 Varsity Volleyball played their last regular season game last night against Warsaw. They lost in three set but not without a fight 19-25, 18-25, 22-25. 🏈 It's our last senior night of the fall athletic season! Football will be celebrating ten seniors this evening at 6:30 before their 7PM kick-off!
