🏀 Boys basketball lost a hard fought game on the road to start out the ‘21-‘22 season. After a slow start in the first quarter, the Bulldogs would go on a run to cut the lead to four at the half. MW hit some big shots late in the fourth to sustain a lead that Livonia could not overcome. “That’s was the difference in the game. They hit big shots when they needed too. We had some good looks as well, but the ball didn’t fall in for us. I thought our guys played hard, on the road against a good team. Proud of our efforts but we know we need to get better.”

🏀 The 7th grade girls modified basketball team won their game vs Bath Haverling last night 38-16. Livonia's leading scorers were Gwen Strom who had 16 points, and Alexa Olsen who had 10 points. Way to go Dawgs!

Capital Project 2024 vote is tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 7th, at the Connell Building, 40 Spring Street, Livonia, from 6 AM to 9 PM. A person is eligible to vote in they are are a US Citizen, 18+ years old, and a resident of the Livonia Central School District for more than 30 days.

🤼 Our bulldog wrestlers grappled on Saturday in Wellsville with ten different teams from Section V and Section VI. When they added the score up at the end of the day our wrestling team placed 2nd overall. In the varsity tournament Alex Ott placed 1st, Wyatt’s Gates placed 2nd, Aaron Ott placed 2nd, Hunter Battoglia placed 3rd, Noah Magin placed 2nd, William Furlow placed 5th, Caleb Cogswell placed 4th, Dakota Christian placed 3rd, Ethan Keith placed 4th, Matt Rudolph placed 6th, Matt Connor placed 1st, Ady West placed 3rd, Myles Jarzyna placed 3rd.
In the JV tournament TJ Gauss placed 1st, Louis Godfrey placed 4th, Ryan Abbott placed 3rd, Cameron Mellon placed 5th, Jake Palmeri placed 2nd, Destiny Latimer placed 3rd.

🏀 It was a big night last night for Lady Bulldogs Baskeball: JV won 70-12 and Varsity 85-24 in a non-conference victory over Greece Odyssey.
Junior forward Kylie Buckley led the Bulldogs scoring 37 points pulling down 12 boards with 3 teammates also scoring double figures: Kelsey Stewart with 14 and Mary Kwak along with Madison King both banking 10 of their own.

Congratulations to Lila Meyers for placing first place in both the 50 and 100 Freestyle and Angela Tewksbury for placing 1st in the Breaststroke!
