The Boys Varsity Soccer Team capped off an undefeated regular season with an incredible 11-0 non-league victory over Greece Odyssey on Wednesday night! ⚽💪
🌟 Colin U. led the charge with 4 goals. 🌟 Gavyn P., Nick C., and Lincoln R. each scored 2 goals and added 1 assist. 🌟 Lars K. rounded out the scoring. 🌟 Shea M. contributed 3 assists, while Max M. and Brady O. added 1 assist each. 🌟 Kaidan O. had 4 saves for his 10th shutout of the season.

🏆 Tuesday Athletics Wrap-up 🏆
Boys Varsity Soccer:
The Bulldogs traveled to Bath and defeated the Haverling Rams 4-0, clinching the LCAA Division One Title! ⚽🔥 Gavyn P. led the charge with 2 goals and an assist. Colin U. added 1 goal and 1 assist, and Grant F. rounded out the scoring. Ethan B. and Kallen M. contributed assists, while Kaidan O. and his defense secured their 9th shutout of the season! "Man of the Match" honors were shared by Ethan B. and Gavyn P. 💪
Girls Swimming and Diving:
The team finished their dual meet season undefeated at 10-0 with a dominant 140-40 win over Marcus Whitman! 🏊♀️💥 They recorded 23 best times and retained all 18 sectional qualifiers. Special shoutout to Shelby E. and Sophie D. for qualifying in their final events, now eligible for all swimming events at sectionals! 🏅 LCAA Diving takes place Thursday, with LCAA Swimming Championships on Saturday!
JV Boys Soccer:
The JV boys wrapped up their season with a 1-1 tie against Haverling. Aaron L. scored the lone goal, assisted by Nate B. 👏 The team finishes their stellar season with a 12-1-3 record. Amazing job, boys!
Modified Cross Country:
The Bulldogs ran strong at Brae Burn Golf Course in Dansville with over 30 runners in the race! Sean K. led the way, finishing 3rd, followed by Finn C. (8th), Grayson M. (15th), Ani F. (22nd), Annabelle R. (23rd), Autumn K. (24th), and Mai’ana L. (27th). Fantastic effort by all the runners! 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Modified Football:
The Bulldogs fought hard but lost a close game to Batavia Notre Dame, 18-7. Chase B. scored the team's lone touchdown. 🏈 The Bulldogs play again this Saturday at Saunders Field, with a kickoff time of 11 a.m., and will wrap up their season at home against York/Pavilion/Byron Bergen.

🐾 Girls Varsity Soccer: Two wins added to the tally with victories over Cal Mum and Wheatland Chili! Goals scored by Hannah W., Blair & Reghan M., Olivia F., and Eliza P. Karly L. and Gwen S. posted the shutout against Wheatland!

The boys were focused and executed well. It was a total team effort that saw everyone on the team contribute.
🐾 Mod A Girls Soccer: A hard-fought 1-1 tie vs Wayland-Cohocton, followed by a resounding win over Hornell despite the rain! Multiple players found the back of the net in a dominant team effort.

🏊♀️ Girls Swimming & Diving: The Bulldogs remain undefeated, extending their streak with a 174-115 victory over Bath! The team posted an impressive 33 best times and now boasts 18 sectional qualifiers with a total of 65 qualifying times. Special shoutout to Claire P., who earned Lane Chain Swimmer of the Meet honors for her sectional qualifying time in the 100 Yard Backstroke.
The Bulldogs, now 9-0, will take on Marcus Whitman on Tuesday. Go Dawgs! 🧡💙










Wednesday Night Recap ⚽️
⚽️ Varsity Boys soccer dominated with a 5-0 win over Dansville! Shea M. was "Man of the Match" with 2 goals, while Colin U., Nick C., and Ryan O. added single tallies. Assists came from Nick C., Grant F., and Brady O. Kaidan O. had 6 saves for his 8th shutout! With this win, the Bulldogs secured at least a share of the LCAA Division I title. Next up: Bath Haverling on Tuesday, where they can claim the title outright! 🏆

⚽️ JV Boys soccer continued their winning streak, defeating Dansville 4-0! All four goals were scored in the second half by Jordan R. (2), Nate B., and Aaron L. Assists came from Nate B., Noah J., Logan S., and Caleb M. Oliver T. recorded his 9th shutout of the season, bringing the team to an impressive 12-1-2 record. Final match: Tuesday at Haverling! 🔥

⚽️ Modified Boys soccer tied 2-2 against Hornell. Landon W. scored in the first minute with a pass from Carson C and later netted a second off a penalty kick. Casey stepped up as goalkeeper for his first full game, and Matthew H. showed strong defense. Their last home game is next Tuesday at 4:30 PM. 💪

Last Friday, our 10th-grade Varsity Football players had the honor of sharing their jersey with a staff member to show appreciation for the incredible support and encouragement our staff gives both on and off the field. 🙌

Monday Night Wrap-Up
🏃♂️ Cross Country Triumphs 🏃♀️
Boys Team
Our boys put on a smart and strategic show, sweeping the competition at last night’s league meet and improving their record to an impressive 16-1! 👏 The team executed their race plans flawlessly, with many athletes making timely and crucial moves. Ryan B. led the pack, finishing 1st overall with a blazing time of 17:15! 🥇 Silas M. was our second Bulldog across the line, placing 4th in 18:21, followed by Aiden B. and Hunter O. Chance W. sealed the victory, placing 10th and PRing with a time of 19:16. 💪
Other PRs of note:
Matua L. shattered his previous 5K time by over 10 minutes, running a 32:21
Henry W. broke the 20-minute barrier for the first time on a true 5K course with a 19:48
Gavin M. had a breakthrough performance at 22:37
Jayden C. crushed his goal time, finishing in 21:24
All of these achievements are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our boys this season! 🧡💙
Girls Team
Our girls continue to show incredible progress, with all 5 athletes running their fastest times in a league meet this season. 🙌 Natalie G. led the charge, finishing in 24:02, while Alaina T. dropped over a minute from last Tuesday, crossing in 25:53. Veronica B. was next in, running a solid 27:09, followed by Madelyn M., who ended her race with a strong kick at 28:09. Gianna B. rounded out our girls team, finishing in 28:23.
Although our girls team may be small in number, they more than make up for it with their dedication and positive attitudes. We’re so proud of their hard work and improvement! 🌟
Modified Team
The modified cross-country team also had an outstanding meet at Byron Bergen! 💥 Sean K. led all runners to the finish line with a time of 13:32 on the 2-mile course, followed closely by Menzo P. (2nd), Finn C. (6th), and Grayson M. (11th). The girls’ team was led by Autumn K., who finished 3rd, with Annabelle R. (4th), Ani F. (5th), and Mai’ana L. (6th) close behind. 👏

🏆 Monday Wrap-Up
Varsity Boys Soccer: The Bulldogs traveled to Cohocton and came home 6-1 winners! Colin U. led the way with a hat trick and an assist. Gavyn P. scored twice, and Ryan O. added one more. Nick C. assisted on 2 goals, while David B. and Grant F. contributed an assist each. “Man of the Match” was David B. The boys host Dansville on Wednesday for a Division One showdown.
JV Boys Soccer: Improved their record to 11-1-2 with a 2-0 win over host Way-Co. Aaron L. netted both goals with assists from Oliver T. and Jordan R. Oliver T. also recorded his 8th shutout of the season. The Bulldogs host Dansville Wednesday for their last home game of the season.
JV Volleyball: The team found themselves back on top, sweeping Bath in all three sets last night! ✨

The JV Boys Soccer team capped off their four-game week with a 1-0 victory over host McQuaid. Rider V. scored the lone goal with a diving header off a Nate B. corner kick—Rider’s fourth header of the season! The Bulldogs now stand at 10-1-2 on the year. Keep it up, boys! 💪
Congratulations to the modified A girls soccer team who defeated Bath with a score of 4-0. Great game team!

Thursday Night Wrap-Up 🐾
Girls Swimming and Diving 🏊♀️
The Girls Swimming and Diving Team extended their unbeaten streak, defeating Letchworth/Perry 91-81. Throughout the meet, the Bulldogs posted 40 best times and increased the total number of sectional qualifiers to 17 athletes! Sophie B. became the second swimmer on the team to qualify for sectionals in all 8 individual swimming events. The Lane Chain Swimmers of the Meet were the Seniors: Autumn H., Kiera M., Alec M., and Eva M. for their dedication and leadership in the program. The Bulldogs are now 8-0 and look forward to their next meet in Bath next Thursday.

The Varsity Boys Soccer Team took down unbeaten Hornell on Thursday night with an impressive 6-0 victory. Colin U. earned “Man of the Match” honors, scoring twice and adding an assist. Nick C. also netted two goals, while Ryan O. and Lars K. each found the back of the net. Gavyn P. provided two assists, with Brady O. and Lars K. adding one each. Kaidan O. secured his seventh shutout of the season with 6 saves. Great teamwork all around, Bulldogs!

JV Boys Soccer ⚽
The JV Boys Soccer Team continued their strong season, improving to 9-1-2 with a 4-1 victory over the visiting Hornell Red Raiders. After Hornell scored early, the Bulldogs answered back with four straight goals. Nate B. struck first, scoring directly off his own corner kick. Aaron L. followed with a beautiful direct kick goal—his second in back-to-back games. Rider V. scored his third header of the season off another corner from Nate B., and Caleb M. netted his first JV goal with a great assist from Jordan R. Keep it up, boys—let’s keep the momentum rolling!

The Girls Swimming and Diving team faced off against a major rival, the 4x Sectional defending Wellsville, and came out on top with a commanding victory, 116-66! 💪 With 25 best times posted and 16 sectional qualifiers still holding strong, the Bulldogs made quite the splash tonight! 🌊👏 A special shoutout to Lane Chain Swimmer of the Meet, Leah W., who dropped an astonishing 11 seconds in the 500 Free! 🎉 The team is now a perfect 7-0 as they head into Senior Night on 10/3 against Letchworth/Perry. The Boys Varsity Soccer team celebrated Senior Night with a 4-0 victory against a tough Bishop Kearney/Chesterton squad! 🙌 Colin U. led the charge with a hat trick, and Lars K. added another goal to the tally. The Seniors took center stage tonight, sharing the “Man of the Match” honors for their stellar performance and leadership on the field. Brady O. set up two goals with his assists, and Ryan O. added one as well. The JV Boys Soccer team battled it out against Aquinas and came away with a solid 2-0 victory! Anson R. struck first from long range, and Aaron L. secured the win with a perfectly placed direct kick into the top right corner. Oliver T. was a wall in goal, recording his 5th shutout of the season. This performance was the best overall display by the JV Bulldogs, who improved their record to 8-1-2. Keep it rolling, boys! 💥

Our Modified Cross Country team delivered outstanding results in last night’s race! The boys swept the top four spots with Sean K. leading the charge, followed closely by Menzo P., Finn C., and Grayson M. Autumn K. dominated the girls’ race, taking 1st place! She was supported by strong performances from Annabelle R. (4th), Anya F. (5th), and Mai'ana L. (7th). Fantastic work by all our runners! 🌟
🏈 Modified Football 💥
The Modified Football team hit the road and came back with a convincing 33-18 win over Holley! 🏈 The Bulldogs controlled the game on both sides of the ball, scoring 5 touchdowns courtesy of Harper R., Eli R., Jack S., and 2 from Luke H. Conversion points were added by Harper R., Tommy M., and Tanner M. Defensively, the Bulldogs held strong, giving up only 6 points through three quarters. Colby B. and Tanner M. forced fumbles that were recovered by Brian G., and Hunter S. added a blocked extra point to seal the game. Great job, team!
