Public Access to Records
New York State’s Freedom of Information Law (Livonia Central School District Board of Education Policy 3310) provides the public with the right to access records from governmental agencies. FOIL outlines a clear process for reviewing and copying agency records. More information about FOIL is available at: New York Department of State
Access to district records will follow rules and regulations established by the New York State Committee on Open Government and comply fully with all requirements outlined in the New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
