Parent Access to the SchoolTool Parent Portal

The goal of the Parent Portal is to provide seamless communication between teachers and parents in an efficient and effective manner. The parent portal is a component of the SchoolTool student database program and provides parents and legal guardians with the ability to see their student's academic information from anywhere an internet connection is available. We hope you will find the portal a useful tool to assist their child or children as they progress through the school system. Below is some information in regard to what you might expect to see on the Parent Portal for the different grade levels.

New User:  Registration for a Parent Portal account requires a valid email account. Please contact our help desk by phone at 346-4000 ext. 1233 or email lcshelp@livoniacsd.org

Once your information has been verified and your account has been created, you will receive a password to your registered email address.

  • Elementary teachers provide communication to parents in many ways.  Often times there are newsletters, information that is sent home in a child's folder.  As part of the Parent Portal, you will find additional information

    • Basic Contact information for the child and their family
    • Attendance information
    • State Test information
    • Report Cards

  • Middle/High school teachers will also be using the Parent Portal.  You can expect to find:

    • Basic Contact information for the child and their family
    • Attendance information
    • State Test information
    • Report Cards
    • Assignment grades
