  • Sport registrations are done online at Arbiter.  A family account can be created for all students within the household in 7th grade through 12th grade.

    Registration opens 30 days prior to start dates

    Once the Activity Registration form has been electronically submitted, you will receive an email stating that it is pending. Once the school nurse has validated the student's Physical information is current the student will be approved for the sport.

  • Livonia Run Around Sheet

    An ineligible student may prove, at any time, that he/she is meeting eligibility requirements by bringing a signed run-around sheet to his/her teachers from the classes they are failing. At that point the student will be returned to probation or full eligibility status.

    Waiver needed to use transportation other than the mandated district-provided transportation for school activities. In the event that a parent needs to transport his/her own child, or if a parent selects a trusted adult to transport their child, a transportation waiver must be filled out and signed...
