Summer Lifting

Livonia Athletics is excited to offer Summer Lifting for all student-athletes entering grades 7–12. Whether you're preparing for your fall season or just looking to build strength and stay active, these sessions are a great way to put in the work during the offseason.

📅 Morning and evening sessions are available throughout July and August. Be sure to check the attached schedule for dates and times.

Athletes should contact their head varsity coach for a lifting program or follow the general program available in the weight room.
